April 8, 2012 Easter

Today was Easter. We devoted the day to discussing our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. The very biggest thing I learned was that it is vital that I remember that this applies to me too. The Atonement is real, and it is infinite and eternal. It does more than just lets me into heaven, it fits me for heaven. Christ is real. He lives. He is actively working in my life, and I need to do a better job recognizing His hand in my life. I am worth His love, and I can share it with others. I need to share it with others.

We have light and truth. We see things more clearly, how they are, were, and will be. This is why we strive to obey more laws and commandments than is popular today.

We need to stand at a higher plane, and make our lives more holy.

Come unto Christ today. Choose today to be a little better, more fit for His Kingdom. I am choosing this today. I will commit to being a little better. I will commit to knowing my Savior more personally. I will come unto Him, and reach out to His reaching.

I will not leave the higher ground, instead I will continue to climb higher. When I fall, which I will, I will quickly get back up, and not heed the devil's subtle words that I have fallen too far. I am still worth so much because He loves me. I do not need to spend one more second in this hell that I've created for myself, feeling trapped by darkness and grief. He is the way, the truth, and the light, and I can be happy now, as I come unto Him.
